Refurbishment of the clubs existing bungalow on-site from a near derelict building to Newly arranged holiday let

As a bolt on to the contract of the Greenkeepers facility works, NNP were asked to complete a full refurbishment of the clubs bungalow on-site. It was previously used as rental property which over the years had become dilapidated and after being vacated we started with the ambitious plans of turning it into a luxury holiday let that the club could then use as asset. In partnership with the clubs management committee, We set about to remedy the major issue the property had.
The property was re-designed and its layout altered to offer 3 double bedrooms, 2 new bathroom suites and a new kitchen. We installed a new heating, Electrical and solar system
The club wanted to create a "Dormy" Style theme that recreated and brought the history of the club into the holiday let. We were careful to preserve the traditional feel of the bungalow so instead of going for a brand new build look, we tried to keep as many as the old features from the 100 year old property as possible. We carefully restored the walls using lining paper and tasteful wallpaper designs. We restored and made good the existing fireplace while adding in new flooring that complements the old look we sought from older furniture, fixings and fittings.

NNP Installed a new kitchen and also two new bathroom suites. Many areas of the property had damp penetration issues, So large areas of internal walls were stripped back with a damp course injection process completed, these areas were re-rendered and plastered.

One of the new bathroom suites were created by re-thinking the layout of the property. A small bedroom was re-designed to enable the fitting of the bathroom suite. New plumbing and electrics were installed to create a more useable space. Traditional looking sanitaryware was installed to help with the old feel the club wanted to create.

The refurbishment was completed in 12 weeks alongside the main contracted works of the greenkeeping facility. NNP has the luxury of being able to only use the best sub-contractors which guarantee it's clients requirements for exceptional service that show NNP delivers time after time.
