Our First project... And what a start it was !! 

A Two-Storey, Steel framed extension to the clubs existing greenkeeping facilities. The club had been persevering for years with their set-up. The greenkeeping staff were working out of a small room within the existing structure, Struggling with the lack of space for the necessary machinery and a temporary site office to manage the day to day running of the property. 

From early stages North Norfolk Projects engaged with client to ascertain it's needs and requirements while managing expectations with strict budget managing. A comprehensive pre-construction budget cost was produced for the client detailing every aspect of the construction package. This was aimed at creating a clear and concise tender that was accurate so the strict budget could be held. NNP contract & tender management at the Pre-Construction stage meant that the client could begin construction knowing that there was no ambiguity. 

 

Construction lasted 9 months, This included a new highways entrance off the main road, Erection of the super- structure and fit out of new offices, Staff room, Staff toilets and changing rooms, A personnel lift and extra garaging and workshop space.
